1. Develop and execute performance test plans to evaluate the performance and reliability of our software applications.
2. Work closely with development and IT teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define performance testing objectives.
4. Conduct load, stress, and endurance testing to ensure the stability and scalability of our applications.
5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics during testing to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
6. Create comprehensive reports summarizing performance testing results and make recommendations for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance testing to constantly improve our processes and methodologies.
8. Participate in the design and implementation of performance testing tools and frameworks.
9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on performance testing progress and any identified issues.
10. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to performance testing.
11. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development and testing processes.
12. Mentor and train junior team members on performance testing techniques and best practices.
13. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of all performance testing tasks.
14. Maintain a thorough understanding of the BNP Paribas technology landscape and business processes.
15. Proactively identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements and automation.
