1. Maintain and monitor all Oracle database systems within the bank, including installation, configuration, and upgrading to the latest versions.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Oracle database performance, availability, and security.
3. Collaborate with other teams within the bank, such as development and infrastructure, to ensure seamless integration and operations of the Oracle databases.
4. Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization to improve database efficiency and response time.
5. Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and minimize downtime.
6. Monitor and maintain database security, including access control, user management, and data encryption.
7. Create and maintain documentation for all database processes, procedures, and configurations.
8. Keep up-to-date with the latest Oracle database technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their implementation.
9. Provide L3 support for any critical issues and participate in the on-call rotation schedule.

12. Train and mentor junior DBAs within the team.
