1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program in accordance with industry best practices and regulations.
2. Identify potential risks associated with third party relationships and develop strategies to mitigate them.
3. Conduct thorough risk assessments and due diligence on all third party vendors and suppliers.
4. Monitor and track all third party relationships to ensure compliance with established risk management policies and procedures.
5. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to TPRM.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure effective communication and risk management.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to third party risk management and make recommendations for improvement.
8. Lead and mentor a team of risk management professionals to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
9. Prepare and present reports and findings to senior management and other stakeholders.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
11. Continuously evaluate and improve the TPRM program to ensure it remains effective and efficient.
12. Collaborate with other departments, such as Legal and Compliance, to ensure alignment and consistency in risk management practices.
13. Serve as a subject matter expert on TPRM and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
14. Communicate and promote the importance of risk management to all employees and stakeholders.
15. Represent the bank in external forums and conferences related to risk management and TPRM.
