- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management strategy for the organization.
- Oversee and coordinate risk management activities across all business units and functions.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential operational risks.
- Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on key risk indicators to senior management.
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure risk management is integrated into business processes.
- Provide guidance and support to business units on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.

Strong Understanding Of Risk Management Principles: The Head Of Risk Orm Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Risk Management Principles And Frameworks, Including Operational Risk Management. They Should Be Well-Versed In Identifying, Assessing, And Mitigating Risks Across Various Business Functions.
Experience In Financial Services Industry: Bnp Paribas Is A Leading Global Bank, And The Head Of Risk Orm Must Have Significant Experience In The Financial Services Industry. This Includes Experience In Risk Management Roles And A Thorough Understanding Of The Regulatory Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Leader In The Organization, The Head Of Risk Orm Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills. This Includes The Ability To Inspire And Motivate Teams, Make Strategic Decisions, And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
