  1. Conduct financial analysis: Utilize your strong understanding of financial planning and analysis to gather and analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide accurate and insightful analysis to support decision-making.
  2. Develop financial models: Utilize your expertise in financial modeling and forecasting to create financial models that accurately predict future outcomes and inform strategic decisions.
  3. Collaborate with various teams and departments: Work closely with cross-functional teams and departments to gather financial data, understand business processes, and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
  4. Provide strategic insights: Utilize your problem-solving skills and financial knowledge to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management, helping to drive the financial success of the company.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks: Utilize your attention to detail to identify potential risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for mitigating risks and maximizing opportunities.
  6. Ensure accuracy and compliance: Ensure all financial analysis and reporting is accurate, compliant with company policies and regulations, and meets internal and external audit requirements.
  7. Monitor and report on financial performance: Track and report on key financial metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
  8. Support budgeting and forecasting: Assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing analysis and insights to support the development of accurate and achievable financial targets.
  9. Stay up to date on industry trends: Stay informed on industry trends and changes in the financial landscape, and use this knowledge to inform financial analysis and recommendations.
  10. Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of experience: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  11. Strong analytical skills: Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.
  12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate financial information and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Qualifications
