Director- Senior Credit Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement credit risk management policies, processes and procedures in line with the bank’s standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Monitor and analyze credit performance and identify areas of improvement.
3. Oversee the credit operations of the bank, including loan origination and underwriting.
4. Perform credit portfolio analysis to identify areas of concern and potential risk.
5. Develop and implement credit risk strategies and tactics.
6. Facilitate the approval of credit applications and ensure credit policies are followed.
7. Monitor and report on credit risk metrics and indicators.
8. Supervise and mentor team members to ensure quality outputs.
9. Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.
10. Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in regulations.
