As a Surveillance Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing capital markets activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, as well as experience in capital markets regulation and compliance. You should have strong analytical and problem solving skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of applicable regulations and proficiency in MS Office Suite are essential.As a Surveillance Analyst, you will be an integral part of the team, providing guidance and support to the Capital Market Surveillance team. You will be expected to take initiative and be proactive in your approach to problem solving. 4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
5. Research, review and interpret applicable regulations.
6. Utilize MS Office Suite proficiently.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
8. Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
9. Prepare and present reports for review by upper management.
10. Monitor and audit capital markets activities for potential violations.
