- Maintain and ensure the accuracy and completeness of client data within the organization's systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to client data.
- Review and verify client documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client data inquiries and requests.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of client data management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to client data management.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and the maintenance of existing client data.
- Work closely with other departments such as sales, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless client data processes.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members to ensure the overall success of the team.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in client data management.
- Act as a brand ambassador for BNP Paribas by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
- Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify and escalate any potential risks or issues related to client data to management.
Strong Knowledge Of Emea Client Referential And Regulatory Requirements: Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Client Referential Landscape In The Emea Region, Including Relevant Regulations And Guidelines Such As The Gdpr, Mifid Ii, And Aml Regulations.
Experience In Client Onboarding And Maintenance Processes: The Role Requires Hands-On Experience In Client Onboarding And Maintenance Processes, Including Kyc, Due Diligence, And Data Validation. Previous Experience In A Similar Role Within The Financial Services Industry Is Highly Desirable.
Excellent Communication And Relationship Management Skills: As An Associate/Sr. Associate, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Interact With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Front Office Teams, And Internal Compliance And Risk Management Teams. Strong Communication And Relationship Management Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
Attention To Detail And Analytical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Attention To Detail And Analytical Skills To Ensure The Accuracy And Completeness Of Client Data And Documentation. This Includes The Ability To Identify And Resolve Discrepancies And Escalate Issues As Needed.
Proficiency In Relevant Systems And Software: Bnp Paribas May Use Various Systems And Software For Client Referential Management, Such As Salesforce, Crims, And Fircosoft. Candidates Should Have Proficiency In These Tools Or Similar Systems, As Well As Strong It Skills In General.
