  1. Assist the EQD Sales team in providing exceptional service to clients by responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Conduct research and analysis on market trends and client portfolios to support the team in identifying potential sales opportunities.
  3. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and assist in the development of marketing materials.
  4. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless execution of transactions and client satisfaction.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales progress.
  6. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions to improve sales strategies and processes.
  7. Stay updated on industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed recommendations to clients.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships.
  9. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including account set-up and documentation.
  10. Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of financial products and services offered by the organization.
  11. Support the team in achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the EQD Sales department.
  12. Represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  13. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the team leader or manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Software.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Products, Particularly In The Equity Derivatives Space.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Support The Sales Team And Liaise With Clients.

  • Previous Experience In A Sales Support Role Within The Finance Industry Preferred.
