
Assistant Vice President – HR Business Partner

- Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives of BNP Paribas.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners.
- Manage all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Work closely with managers to identify and address employee development needs, including training and career progression opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage employee relations and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
- Provide support and guidance on compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive and fair practices.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment across all HR functions.
- Oversee and participate in HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Mentor and coach junior HR team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Relevant Education And Experience: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field, Along With At Least 7 Years Of Experience In Hr Business Partnering, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of All Facets Of Hr, Including But Not Limited To Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Compensation And Benefits.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Hr Business Partner, The Candidate Will Be Required To Build Relationships With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Employees, And External Partners. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Assistant Vice President Should Be Able To Think Critically And Strategically To Identify Potential Hr Issues And Develop Solutions To Address Them Effectively.
