
Assistant Vice President - Employee Benefits & Retirals
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and creative Assistant Vice President - Employee Benefits & Retirals to join our team at BNP Paribas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee benefits and retiree programs. To be successful in this position, you must have a deep understanding of employee benefits and retirement programs, and be able to interpret and apply complex regulations. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who is able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer comprehensive employee benefits and retirement programs, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Analyze and recommend changes to employee benefits and retirement programs to improve overall coverage.
- Manage and ensure accuracy of employee benefits and retirement program data.
- Monitor and evaluate employee benefits and retirement programs to ensure they are meeting organizational objectives.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on employee benefits and retirement programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of employee benefits and retirement programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement with employee benefits and retirement programs.
- Develop and implement communications and training programs to educate employees on employee benefits and retirement programs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to employee benefits and retirement programs.
- Prepare and present reports on employee benefits and retirement programs.
