Job Qualifications
  • Strong Academic Background: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Or Economics. A Master's Degree Or Phd In A Related Field Is Preferred.

  • Proficiency In Quantitative Analysis: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Advanced Mathematical And Statistical Concepts, As Well As Experience With Programming Languages Such As Python, R, Or Matlab. Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Products Is Also Highly Desirable.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Summer Associate Intern, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Work Closely With The Global Markets Team And Communicate Complex Ideas To Both Technical And Non-Technical Colleagues. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential.
