Wellness Coordinator

As the Wellness Coordinator at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, you will be part of a team working to keep our members healthy and our business running smoothly. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs and initiatives for members.
2. Research emerging trends and best practices in health promotion and wellness.
3. Develop and manage health promotion activities, such as health screenings, health fairs, and health education seminars.
4. Provide individual and group health coaching to members.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness initiatives.
6. Collaborate with other departments within BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina to ensure effective integration of wellness initiatives.
7. Manage budget for wellness initiatives.
8. Maintain accurate records and track progress of wellness initiatives.
9. Develop reports to communicate progress of wellness initiatives.
10. Provide excellent customer service to members, health care providers, and other stakeholders.
