Wellness Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have a health promotion or wellness-related degree, a minimum of two years of professional experience in health and wellness, and a working knowledge of health and wellness program design and implementation. 4. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and provide reports to management.
5. Research and develop new wellness initiatives.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with external organizations and vendors.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of wellness initiatives.
8. Provide education and awareness to members and staff on health promotion and wellness topics.
9. Manage budget and resources for wellness activities.
10. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
