Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver wellness initiatives, programs, and activities that provide members with the resources they need to lead healthy and happy lives.
2. Manage and coordinate wellness projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring progress.
3. Develop and implement strategies to promote and encourage members to participate in wellness activities.
4. Plan, coordinate, and lead health and wellness activities.
5. Monitor and evaluate wellness activities and programs for effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to identify and secure resources.
7. Provide support and guidance to staff and members on health and wellness topics.
8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure members receive the best possible care.
9. Utilize current health and wellness industry trends and best practices to enhance programs.
10. Keep up-to-date on new health and wellness initiatives and research.
