Quality Assurance Analyst

We’re looking for a highly-motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. As an integral part of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our digital products and services.If you have a strong attention to detail and can think critically about complex problems, then we want to hear from you! 1. Analyze and test software applications to ensure they meet customer standards and requirements.
2. Identify and document software defects and discrepancies.
3. Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure quality assurance.
4. Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure product quality.
5. Monitor and report on product quality metrics.
6. Monitor industry trends and best practices to maintain high standards.
7. Create and maintain detailed documentation of all quality assurance activities.
8. Develop and implement strategies to improve product quality.
9. Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders and team members to ensure quality assurance objectives are met.
10. Participate in product development meetings and provide quality assurance feedback.
