6. Develop and implement provider engagement activities to strengthen relationships and build loyalty.
7. Participate in provider meetings and other outreach activities.
8. Manage provider contracts and ensure that they are compliant with regulations.
9. Develop and maintain provider databases and other records.
10. Utilize customer service skills in interactions with providers.
