Nurse Case Manager

The ideal candidate must possess a professional attitude and a passion for providing quality care to our members.The Nurse Case Manager will be responsible for managing the care of individual members through collaboration with physicians, hospitals, and other providers, as well as monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care. They will also provide information, education, and support to members and their families.To be successful in this role, the Nurse Case Manager must have a current RN license in the state of South Carolina, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
