Nurse Case Manager

Our Nurse Case Manager will be responsible for managing the health care of our members, providing them with comprehensive and individualized care plans, and ensuring that their health care needs are met. The ideal candidate for this role will have a current nursing license in the state of South Carolina, and have at least two years of experience as a Nurse Case Manager. An understanding of the complexities of the health care system, and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, including providers, payers, and members, is essential. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for providing quality care and patient advocacy. 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health care regulations and trends.
6. Manage health care budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
7. Stay informed of advances in medical technology and treatments.
