Network Development Specialist

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Network Development Specialist at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and enhance the network of providers to ensure members have access to quality healthcare services.
2. Conduct research on healthcare trends and regulatory changes to identify new network development opportunities.
3. Actively network and communicate with healthcare providers to build relationships and develop partnerships.
4. Monitor and evaluate existing network performance and develop strategies to optimize performance.
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to network development, management, and healthcare operations
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate and improve customer satisfaction.
7. Track and analyze data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for network expansion.
8. Manage and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
9. Prepare presentations and reports to communicate network development activities to internal and external stakeholders.
10. Maintain current knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
