Medical Coding Specialist

Responsibilities: • Utilize ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems to accurately code medical records • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical coding and terminology • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all medical records • Interact with medical staff to clarify coding questions • Monitor coding accuracy and compliance • Utilize electronic health records systems • Maintain confidentiality of patient information • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
