5. Monitor coding audit reports and address coding errors and discrepancies.
6. Maintain documentation of coding activities.
7. Assist in training new coders and providing coding support.
8. Develop and implement coding processes and strategies to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
9. Collaborate with other departments to resolve coding issues.
10. Stay current with coding updates and changes.
