Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join the team at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. This role requires an individual with a passion for marketing and an ability to think outside the box to help our organization promote its products and services. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a creative eye, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required: • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field• Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects • Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentIf you are an enthusiastic, results-driven individual with a passion for marketing, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina's products and services.
  2. Analyze market trends and develop innovative solutions for increasing brand awareness.
  3. Manage multiple marketing projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  4. Create and maintain relationships with media outlets, vendors, and other partners.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  6. Produce marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, web copy, and other promotional materials.
  7. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current industry trends.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing objectives are met.
  9. Manage budgets and analyze data to measure ROI of marketing campaigns.
  10. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
