Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join the team at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for using data to provide insights to help us make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.We’re looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data analysis tools to uncover insights from large data sets
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns
• Develop data-driven decision-making models to provide recommendations
• Utilize SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and other data analysis tools
• Create reports and presentations to present findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Develop and maintain data documentation and standards
• Monitor data quality and accuracy for data integrity
• Identify and implement data management processes and procedures
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis
