
Customer Service Representative

This position requires a personable, patient, and detail-oriented individual who has a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a commitment to doing the right thing for our members. Experience with medical insurance is a plus, but not required. The Customer Service Representative will be an integral part of our team as they will be the front line of customer service for our members. Successful candidates need to be able to handle a variety of customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Our Customer Service Representatives are the face and voice of BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, and as such, they must provide the best service to our members.
