
Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join the team at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. You will be part of a team of professionals providing excellent customer service and support, and will be the main point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills, as well as have a high level of organization and attention to detail. - Maintain accurate customer records on the company’s database.
- Escalate customer problems, if needed, and provide follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Cooperate with colleagues to provide excellent customer service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Assist with customer service training and development.
- Remain up-to-date with changes in customer service practices.
