Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
- Utilize customer service software to document customer interactions and analyze customer complaints.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Monitor customer inquiries and requests and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate communication between customers and other BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina departments.
- Assist in developing new customer service processes and procedures.
- Maintain customer information databases and update as needed.
- Remain up to date on company products, services, and policies.
- Provide feedback to management on customer service performance.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
