Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all applicable federal and state regulations.
2. Monitor and review organizational activities to ensure compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.
3. Assist in the preparation of compliance reports for management and internal and external stakeholders.
4. Identify and assess potential areas of compliance risk and develop and implement corrective action plans.
5. Perform research and analysis to stay up-to-date on changes in the law and regulations that affect the organization's compliance.
6. Educate employees on current and new regulatory requirements.
7. Respond to inquiries and complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with compliance regulatory agencies.
9. Assist with the development and implementation of compliance training programs.
10. Maintain accurate records of compliance activities.
