Claims Processor

Responsibilities:

1. Process and adjudicate medical claims in accordance with established policies and procedures.
2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Utilize insurance billing systems to ensure accuracy of claims.
4. Resolve claim discrepancies and disputes.
5. Monitor and track the status of claims.
6. Maintain accurate records and files of all claims.
7. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
8. Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and other applicable laws.
9. Monitor and stay up-to-date on changes in the industry and related regulations.
10. Prepare reports and analyze trends in claims processing.
