BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is seeking an experienced and organized Claims Processor to join our team! The Claims Processor is responsible for managing and processing medical claims. The successful candidate will possess the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field • Minimum of two years of experience in medical billing and claims processing • Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-9 coding • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Excellent problem solving, organizational and communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • High level of attention to detail If you have a passion for customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then we want to hear from you!
