4. Ensure all claims meet regulatory compliance requirements and are processed within established timelines.
5. Perform data entry into the claims processing system to ensure accurate and timely processing.
6. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all claims processed.
7. Generate reports related to claims processing and provide to appropriate personnel.
8. Assist with training new team members and support staff.
9. Monitor and research trends in claims processing and recommend process improvements.
10. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
