
Claims Auditor

Responsibilities:
- Review claims documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Investigate discrepancies and discrepancies in claims data.
- Make recommendations to improve claims processing accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and audit claims processing systems for accuracy and compliance.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to resolve outstanding claims.
- Prepare reports and summaries on claims processing activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and fairness in the claims process.
- Train and mentor new claims processing staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
