Claims Adjuster

Responsibilities:

1. Review insurance claims for accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to insurance regulations.
2. Investigate claim details and gather evidence to support findings.
3. Negotiate settlements with claimants and third-party vendors.
4. Keep accurate records of claim information and adjuster notes.
5. Maintain a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving disputes in a timely manner.
6. Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents related to claims.
7. Monitor claims for potential fraud or abuse.
8. Make recommendations for process improvements to increase claims efficiency.
9. Stay up to date on industry regulations and changes in the insurance market.
