Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Analyst to join the BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our company’s needs and developing solutions to improve business processes and achieve our strategic objectives. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business or computer science, and at least two years of experience as a Business Analyst. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be comfortable learning new tools and technologies, and have the ability to think both analytically and strategically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
