- Develop and drive the technical strategy for Blue Yonder, Inc. to ensure the company remains at the forefront of AI-powered supply chain and retail solutions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align technical initiatives with overall company goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of technical experts to ensure high performance and drive innovation.
- Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the industry, staying up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies.
- Oversee the successful implementation and delivery of solutions for clients around the world, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and provide technical support during the sales process.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot any technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
- Stay informed of competitor activities and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Extensive Experience In Supply Chain And Logistics: A Successful Vp And Field Cto At Blue Yonder, Inc. Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Supply Chain And Logistics Processes And Technologies. This Includes Experience In Areas Such As Inventory Management, Demand Planning, And Transportation Management.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Vp And Field Cto, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Field Ctos And Providing Strategic Direction For The Company. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Inspire And Motivate Others, Make Difficult Decisions, And Drive Results.
Technical Expertise: Blue Yonder, Inc. Is A Leading Provider Of Supply Chain And Logistics Software, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background. This Includes Experience With Software Development, Cloud Computing, And Emerging Technologies, Such As Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning.
