
Vice President, Pricing Strategy
We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Vice President of Pricing Strategy to join our team at Blue Yonder, Inc. and shape the future of our company. The ideal candidate is an analytical leader with a strong background in pricing strategy and the ability to develop and execute a vision that will drive our success in the market.We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving innovation and creating value for our customers through pricing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to create and implement pricing strategies that will ensure Blue Yonder’s competitive edge. The Vice President of Pricing Strategy will be a key member of the executive team and must have the ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and have a proven track record of success in pricing strategy.Required Qualifications:• At least 10 years of pricing strategy experience, ideally in a technology or B2B environment• Experience working in a global company with multi-national customers• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative pricing models• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately• Experience leading and developing teams• Bachelor’s Degree in economics, finance, business, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative pricing strategies that will ensure Blue Yonder's competitive edge in the market.
- Analyze market dynamics and research customer needs to devise pricing models that create value for customers.
- Lead and motivate a team of pricing strategy professionals.
- Create and implement processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in pricing decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate pricing strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor pricing and analyze market trends to adjust pricing models accordingly.
- Stay current on industry news and developments to ensure Blue Yonder is well-positioned in the market.
- Prepare reports and presentations on pricing strategies and performance.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability.
