- Develop and maintain workforce plans for the Transportation Support Center (TSC) operations.
- Analyze data and trends to forecast future workforce needs.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure accurate workforce planning.
- Create and implement strategies for optimizing workforce efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and adjust workforce plans as needed to meet changing business needs.
- Communicate workforce plans and changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and address potential issues or challenges with workforce planning.
- Utilize workforce planning software and tools to support data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in workforce planning.
- Train and educate team members on workforce planning processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure workforce plans align with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular analysis of workforce planning data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support company goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all company standards and regulations related to workforce planning.
- Continuously evaluate and improve workforce planning processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Workforce Planning Or Capacity Management, Preferably In The Supply Chain Industry.
Proficiency In Using Workforce Planning Software, Such As Blue Yonder's Workforce Planner.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Make Informed Workforce Planning Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
