Blue Yonder, Inc. is looking for an experienced Support Engineer (Cloud Applications/SaaS) to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about technology and customer service, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to customers with issues related to cloud applications and SaaS solutions.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  3. Manage customer support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
  4. Keep up to date with the latest cloud application and SaaS solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  6. Assist in the development of new customer support processes and procedures.
  7. Maintain customer satisfaction by providing prompt and reliable customer service.
  8. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 technical support.
  9. Identify and document customer trends and provide feedback on product enhancements.
  10. Contribute to customer support team initiatives and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science

  • + Years Of Experience In Saas/Cloud Application Support

  • Expertise In Aws/Azure/Google Cloud Platform

  • Thorough Understanding Of Saas/Cloud Application Architectures And Technologies

  • Proven Track Record In Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Application Issues

  • Ability To Communicate Effectively With Internal And External Technical
