Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers with issues related to cloud applications and SaaS solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Manage customer support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Keep up to date with the latest cloud application and SaaS solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Assist in the development of new customer support processes and procedures.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing prompt and reliable customer service.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 technical support.
- Identify and document customer trends and provide feedback on product enhancements.
- Contribute to customer support team initiatives and projects.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science
Information Technology
Or Related Field
