- Provide technical support to clients using Blue Yonder software products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Document and maintain records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Blue Yonder products and technologies to provide accurate and effective support.
- Participate in product testing and provide feedback to improve product functionality and user experience.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and self-learning.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional and personalized support.
- Proactively identify and escalate potential issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Contribute to the development of support resources, including knowledge base articles and training materials.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
- Follow company processes and procedures for providing technical support.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Blue Yonder, promoting the company's values and mission.
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills
Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Software Or Technology Company
Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management And/Or Retail Industry Is A Plus
