  1. Provide technical support to clients using Blue Yonder software products.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  5. Document and maintain records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Blue Yonder products and technologies to provide accurate and effective support.
  7. Participate in product testing and provide feedback to improve product functionality and user experience.
  8. Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and self-learning.
  9. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional and personalized support.
  10. Proactively identify and escalate potential issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  11. Contribute to the development of support resources, including knowledge base articles and training materials.
  12. Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
  13. Follow company processes and procedures for providing technical support.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Blue Yonder, promoting the company's values and mission.
  15. Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications
