3. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of our technology solutions.
5. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and functionality of our products.
6. Continuously monitor and analyze system performance to identify and address any potential issues.
7. Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for clients and internal teams.
8. Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use our technology solutions.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in supply chain and retail technology to drive innovation and improvement in our products.
10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and mentorship to junior support engineers.
11. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify new business opportunities and provide technical expertise in client meetings and presentations.
12. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions to client issues.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security protocols and best practices.
14. Continuously strive to improve and optimize processes and workflows to enhance the overall customer experience.
