- Act as a subject matter expert for Blue Yonder's software systems.
- Educate clients on the use and functionality of the software.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of the software systems.
- Identify and escalate any potential issues that may affect clients' experience.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes.
- Document and track all support cases and resolutions.
- Proactively communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with new features and updates of Blue Yonder's software systems.
- Provide training and guidance to junior support staff.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Continuously strive to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Represent Blue Yonder in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
5+ Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Customer Service, Preferably In A Software Or Technology Company
Strong Knowledge Of Software Troubleshooting And Ability To Resolve Complex Technical Issues
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Users
Experience With Blue Yonder's Products And Solutions Is Preferred, With A Deep Understanding Of Their Functionality And Features.
