- Provide technical support to clients using Blue Yonder's digital supply chain and omni-channel commerce solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software engineering and system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and stability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Blue Yonder's products and services, providing guidance and assistance to clients and colleagues.
- Analyze and monitor system metrics to proactively identify potential issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Document and maintain support processes and procedures for efficient issue resolution.
- Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner, providing updates and status on support tickets.
- Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Mentor and train junior support engineers to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new features and enhancements to Blue Yonder's products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of new products and updates.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and privacy protocols, to protect client and company data.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to clients.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Represent Blue Yonder in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Senior Support Engineering Or Site Reliability Engineering Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Cloud Computing Platforms, Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud.
Proficiency In Coding And Scripting Languages, Such As Python, Java, Or Bash.
Experience With Monitoring And Troubleshooting Complex Systems And Applications.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
