  1. Develop and maintain automation testing strategies and processes for Blue Yonder's products.
  2. Lead automation testing efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  3. Design and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
  4. Conduct thorough testing of software applications and identify defects and bugs.
  5. Document and report test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
  6. Continuously improve and update automation testing processes and procedures.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation testing techniques.
  8. Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in automation testing best practices.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing goals and results.
  10. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and potential issues.
  11. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing.
  12. Contribute to the overall quality and success of Blue Yonder's products.
  13. Attend meetings and provide status updates on automation testing progress.
  14. Identify areas for improvement in the software development lifecycle and provide recommendations.
  15. Take ownership of the automation testing process and drive continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Automation Testing: A Senior Qa Engineer - Automation Tester At Blue Yonder, Inc. Should Have A Strong Background In Automation Testing With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role.

  • Proficiency In Automation Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Automation Tools Such As Selenium, Appium, And Cucumber, And Be Able To Use Them Effectively To Create And Execute Automated Test Scripts.

  • Strong Programming Skills: As A Senior Qa Engineer - Automation Tester, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C#, And Be Able To Write And Debug Code For Automated Testing.

  • Knowledge Of Agile Methodology: Blue Yonder, Inc. Follows An Agile Approach To Software Development, And The Senior Qa Engineer - Automation Tester Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Agile Principles And Be Able To Work Collaboratively In An Agile Team Environment.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: A Successful Senior Qa Engineer - Automation Tester Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify, Troubleshoot, And Resolve Issues In The Automation Testing Process. They Should Also Be Able To Think Creatively And Come Up With Innovative Solutions To Improve The Testing Process.
