  1. Design and implement highly scalable and reliable cloud solutions for our clients.
  2. Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in cloud technology.
  3. Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
  5. Lead and mentor junior cloud engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
  6. Perform regular assessments and audits of existing cloud systems to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues with cloud services and applications.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud security.
  9. Continuously monitor and optimize cloud costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of cloud-related policies and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and implement new cloud technologies.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
  13. Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for any critical incidents related to cloud services.
  14. Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in cloud engineering.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Cloud Computing: A Senior Principle Cloud Excellence Engineer At Blue Yonder Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Cloud Computing Technologies, Including But Not Limited To Aws, Azure, And Google Cloud.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Issues In A Cloud Environment. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills To Find Efficient Solutions.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, This Role Will Involve Leading And Managing Projects, As Well As Mentoring Junior Engineers. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills.

  • Experience With Automation And Infrastructure As Code: Blue Yonder Values Automation And Infrastructure As Code, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Implementing And Managing These Processes In A Cloud Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Devops Principles: The Senior Principle Cloud Excellence Engineer Will Be Responsible For Implementing Devops Practices And Processes Within The Team. Therefore, A Strong Understanding Of Devops Principles, Tools, And Methodologies Is Essential For This Role.
