- Advise and guide retail clients on the implementation and optimization of end-to-end solutions provided by Blue Yonder.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge and expertise of the retail industry to provide strategic recommendations and solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess client needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop customized solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, and proactively identify opportunities for Blue Yonder to innovate and enhance its solutions.
- Lead and facilitate discussions and presentations with clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Blue Yonder's end-to-end solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure the success of implemented solutions.
- Provide thought leadership and industry insights to internal teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to help drive business growth and innovation.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Blue Yonder's values and brand in all interactions with clients and industry professionals.
