Job Description

At Blue Yonder, Inc., we are looking for experienced and driven professionals to join our team as a Scrum Master & Agile Coach. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating and coaching Agile and Scrum processes and practices within our organization. We are looking for an individual who can help our teams improve their performance and increase their efficiency in our Agile environment.We are seeking a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum methodologies, and a willingness to continuously learn and improve. The successful candidate should have a strong commitment to our organizational values and goals.Required Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field* At least three years of experience in Agile coaching and Scrum Master roles* Extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills* Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and workshops* Strong problem-solving skills and experience in process improvement initiatives

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and guide Agile and Scrum practices and processes in the organization.
  2. Support and coach teams in the adoption of Agile and Scrum principles.
  3. Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure teams are adequately informed and on track with their goals.
  4. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
  5. Track progress and performance of teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Work with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  7. Monitor and report on team performance and progress.
  8. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for improvement.
  9. Foster a positive work environment and collaborate with teams to provide guidance and support.
  10. Ensure compliance with Agile and Scrum best practices.

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Scrum Master & Agile Coach in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico is between MXN 8,000-30,000 per month. This range is dependent on experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
