- Perform automated and manual testing on our software products using Selenium and other tools to ensure high quality and reliable performance.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and troubleshoot software issues and bugs.
- Create and execute test plans and test cases to thoroughly test all aspects of our products.
- Design and develop automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
- Document and report all test results and defects found during testing.
- Continuously improve and maintain existing automated test suites.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in automation testing.
- Work closely with the team to understand new features and changes in the software and provide valuable input on potential quality issues.
- Participate in the agile development process and provide feedback on user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful release of new features and updates.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to established company processes and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of new testing methodologies and tools.
- Proactively communicate any issues or roadblocks that may impact project timelines and provide suggestions for resolution.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and their features to provide effective QA support.
- Proactively communicate with management and team members on project status, risks, and challenges.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code is being delivered.
- Mentor and support junior QA team members as needed.
Proficiency In Automation Testing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Skills In Automated Testing And Experience Working With Automation Tools Such As Selenium. They Should Be Able To Design, Develop And Maintain Automated Test Scripts To Ensure High Quality And Efficient Testing Processes.
Experience With Selenium: A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Selenium Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Selenium's Capabilities And Limitations And Be Able To Leverage It Effectively To Build Robust And Scalable Automation Frameworks.
