Job Description

Blue Yonder, Inc. is seeking an experienced Performance Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are performing to the highest standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.The ideal candidate must have a strong background in performance engineering that includes hands-on experience with performance testing, scripting, and analysis of system performance. You must possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, and be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.If you are a passionate and motivated engineer who is eager to learn and advance in a fast-paced, innovative environment, then this role is for you! We are looking for a Performance Engineer who can think outside the box and bring creative solutions to the table.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform performance testing of Blue Yonder, Inc. products to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  2. Develop and execute performance scripts to ensure system performance meets customer requirements.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues.
  4. Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation related to performance engineering processes and solutions.
  6. Communicate performance engineering solutions to technical and non-technical teams.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance engineering.
  8. Create innovative solutions to performance engineering challenges.
