
Key Account Director
Blue Yonder, Inc. is looking for an experienced Key Account Director to join our team and drive the growth of our business. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who is committed to delivering results and driving development of our key accounts. The ideal candidate for this role must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a sales/account management role within a technology organization or a related field. They must have an understanding of the technology industry and be able to build strong relationships with our customers. They must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to negotiate effectively, and have the ability to think strategically and act tactically. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and is able to work independently as well as in a team environment. The Key Account Director will be expected to have a passion for excellence and a commitment to success. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales performance of key accounts.
- Monitor and analyze account performance to ensure growth and development.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the technology industry and customer needs.
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on client performance and metrics.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
