  1. Utilize expertise in JDA/BY Fulfilment/Demand/Order Optimization/Enterprise Supply Planning(ESP) & PLSQL to develop and implement innovative solutions for clients.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in supply chain optimization technology.
  5. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for clients and team members.
  8. Participate in project planning and estimation, providing insights on technical feasibility and potential risks.
  9. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolution and minimizing disruptions to client operations.
  10. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and enhance overall performance.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  12. Actively participate in training and knowledge sharing to enhance skills and stay current on industry developments.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working With Jda/By Fulfilment Or Demand Or Order Optimization Or Esp Software.

  • Strong Proficiency In Plsql And Experience With Database Management Systems Such As Oracle Or Sql Server.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.

  • Prior Experience In Supply Chain Management Or Logistics Is Preferred.
